The Independent Social Work Partnership (ISWP) offers a specialist advice service to enable people to make informed choices about their care needs. The ISWP Information and Advice Service is provided by qualified and experienced social workers who can give guidance to meet the specific needs of the client or carer.

They give informed advice on all care and accommodation options from living independently at home to Extra Care Housing or Residential and Nursing Care. The service is primarily for people who may not be eligible or who choose not to receive Statutory Services and those who fund their own care. They work closely with Health and Statutory Services to ensure hat people are aware of and can access all the services which they are entitled to.
